Steve Jobs Preview
While you can’t buy Walter Isaacson’s biography of Steve Jobs until Monday, 10/24, you can certainly read all about it now. Today, you can read reviews from The Huffington Post, The New York Times, and Associated Press. On Sunday night, an interview with Isaacson will air on 60 Minutes (click here for a preview).
Steve Jobs will undoubtedly be one of the hottest books of the holiday season, and it’s already one of the most talked about. Despite the book being “embargoed” by the publisher (a usually futile act in which the publisher tries to prohibit any early copies from getting out and any early reviews from being published), the sources above and others are spilling the juicy bits already. From the sounds of it, this is a very personal and frank book about a notoriously private contemporary genius. Extra credit to anyone who reads it on their iPad!
